Pierre Montale started his perfumer life 20 years ago on the borders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Inspired by the beauty and the hidden secrets of the oriental world, he composed perfume with thousand-year-old essences such as rose, incense, amber, cedar, precious woods and a thousand other wonderful scents to turn his perfumes into ointments of happiness or love potions.

Among the diversity of these mysterious scents rises the spirit of oud, guardian of traditions at the gates of the Orient. Complex, powerful, elegant and evolving, Pierre Montale will become the first Oud ambassador for the West.

In 2003, back to his native land, he presented his first creations under the new eponymous house. A unique olfactory immersion revealing a perfection that we can only access with our eyes closed.

On the palette of the most popular scents of Pierre Montale, rises the spirit of oud, guardian of traditions at the gates of the Orient. A perfumed ointment from Asia widely used in the Gulf countries and Saudi Arabia, the scent is extracted from the oil of the oud tree. A secret millennial process, kept for several years away from light.

Captivated by its infinite combinatorial capacities, Pierre Montale composed more than a hundred timeless scents, all based on oud.
